Nothing needs to be done and everything is hilarious,
She stands so elegant like the spirit of the wind
Her hands on her hips
The breeze rustles the ferns as the wind chimes twist
Listless and dissonant
Green grass grows cold as a chill sweeps the earth.
The storm loudly assaults all that is growing
as the chill swims up lonely people’s spines
Leaves return as spring appears
The sun shines in Alaska once more.
We as society are all to intent on reaching the next goal, progressing to the next stepping stone towards the tip of the mountain that is the perfect life. The problem with this way of living is that there is no perfect life. Everyone’s life is beautiful and poetic but no one’s life is perfect. I say let there never be perfection; we should thrive on the imperfections and thrive on the bad. Thrive on the bad because the bad is what makes us recognize the good. Thrive on the bad because it’s sometimes the closest you ever get to truly living. Thrive on the bad because intensity will always trump monotony. Always.
